Excellent program! All litigators should take this mediation class!

The ICRC Certified County Mediation Training Course was astutely and professionally taught, presented, and directed very precisely by Dr. Georgakopoulos. The course contained material that was substantial and meaningful. There were plenty of hands-on activities that enabled the participants to better understand mediation, the mediator, ethics and much more.

The class was excellent! Dr. Georgakopoulos is a phenomenal professor, with a wealth of knowledge and an incredible ability to transmit information to her students. Also, the student body was great! I met wonderful people with an interesting variety of backgrounds.

This workshop combined content, practice with reflection in a very positive manner. Hands on experiences in ethics and diversity issues were very meaningful.
